It doesn’t look like much – basically a lean-to with just a few tables – but the medium-crust pizza here is the best in Puerto Galera, heaped with mozzarella and fresh toppings. There’s a tall Italian staffing the kitchen and a simple menu of pizza, pasta and salads. The pizzas feed two, making this excellent value.
It’s 5km west of Puerto Galera town, opposite the turn-off to Ponderosa Golf & Country Club.
